Are you insured?
We carry a $5M General Liability and $1M Garage Keepers policy protecting you, others, and your vehicle. Please take your valuables out of your vehicles, as we are not responsible for theft. All claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of the completion of your reservation.
How are your valets screened?
Each of our valets go through a rigorous interview and training process. They must have a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, and a 50 State Department of Justice Sex Offender search. Luxe has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
Where is my car parked when I use Luxe?
Your vehicle is safely parked in one of our designated secured lots.
What if my phone dies while you have my car?
No problem! You can call us at our Customer Delight line. We will get in contact with your valet and make sure that your car is safely delivered to you.
What if I leave something in my car?
If your valet is in transit to the parking lot, give them a call and they will double back to return your item. Otherwise, you can call our Customer Delight line and someone will assist you immediately.
What if I want to cancel my request?
No problem! You can call us at our Customer Delight line. We will get in contact with your valet and make sure that your car is safely delivered to you.

Can I park overnight?
Yes - we provide overnight storage in our secured garages! Prices may vary by city, so please refer to your app for the most accurate information.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing is based on demand. During times of high traffic like rush hour or ball games, pricing may be higher than usual. We do this to incentivize more valets to work for us and minimize your wait times. With Luxe, you never have to pull out your wallet. Our valets don't accept cash tips either. You just pay through the app and tipping is optional.
How do you calculate parking rates?
We take into account public data on metered parking rates in addition to private parking prices in a given area to determine the market rate. If peak times or special events like baseball games lead to higher market rates, we will adjust our rates accordingly. You can see the current rates by opening the Luxe app.
How do I pay?
Luxe is a cashless transaction. Once we deliver your vehicle to you, your linked card will be automatically charged and you’ll receive a receipt in your email inbox.
What is a Luxe credit?
1 Luxe credit is the equivalent of 1 US dollar.
When can I use Luxe credits?
Any time you park! Luxe credits can be applied toward Luxe parking or parking cancelation fees but do not apply to tips or the purchase of any additional service (i.e. car wash, gas fill up, etc.). Luxe credits are non transferable and unredeemable for cash value.
How can I share the Luxe love?
Give $20, get $20! Share your promo code through the “invite friends” tab within our app and your friends will receive $20 of Luxe credit. After their first completed park, we’ll also apply $20 of Luxe credit to your account!
What additional services does Luxe offer?
You can see our menu of additional services in the app. We currently offer services including car washes, gas refills and our Drive Home service.

Drive Home
How does Drive Home work?
Select Drive Home in the additional services menu. You will be contacted by one of our Customer Delight agents to confirm your pickup time and final destination address. We will text you before we arrive and you will receive a phone call when our valet is at your pickup location. Our valet will then drive you safely to your destination and park in your driveway. The valet will then return your keys to you outside of the vehicle. Total mile radius varies per zone. Contact Customer Delight for more information.
How much does Drive Home cost?
The service is priced at $25 driver fee + $3 per mile to your destination. We use mapping software and GPS to determine the distance between starting location to destination to calculate the final price.
When can I request Drive Home?
We are currently piloting the Drive Home Service in San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, Boston and Los Angeles on weekend evenings (Thursday to Saturday). You can request the Drive Home service up to an hour before closing time. We recommend that you make your request earlier in the evening so we can dedicate a valet to you. During the pilot, Drive Home valet availability will be limited.
Oversized Vehicles
At the moment Luxe cannot accept oversized vehicles. An oversized vehicle is twenty feet in length, seven feet in width, or eight feet in height. This includes box trucks, vehicles with trailers, or party buses. Pick up trucks or SUV's that are less than twenty five feet in length and eighty two inches in height are totally fine!
