Looking for a passionate, collaborative, experienced communications professional to be the voice of Luxe. The director of communications will manage internal and external messaging including e-mail marketing, social media, press releases and public relations for a rapidly growing startup.

  • Strategic and savvy marcom professional that has handled a broad range of communications ranging from company announcements and crisis management

What we’re looking for in an iOS Engineer:

As a member of the iOS team, you'll create beautiful, value-focused experiences for two very important groups of people: our customers and valets. We are a small team, so you’ll be owning a large portion of the code base and helping to solve engineering problems in a dynamic, real-time environment. Responsibilities:

  • Solve interesting engineering challenges and problems as we grow; we are a small team, so you’ll own and write code for a significant portion of the app
  • Ship new features, squash bugs, and constantly improve the maintainability of our code base
  • Turn ideas and designs into well-tested, modular architectures that are easily re-used
  • Work with designers, engineers, program managers and other disciplines to hit deadlines while maintaining a high quality product
  • Refactor as you go and help peer review others to always improve the code base
  • Write tests to cover critical business areas and UI flows
  • Create delightful UI and UX for our customers and valets, diving into animations where necessary
  • Communicate product and process needs back to relevant teams and work closely with those teams to execute on them

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years building apps for iOS (Objective-C and Swift), with a strong knowledge of Apple frameworks and relevant design patterns
  • CS degree or equivalent work experience (strong focus on practical experience versus theoretical knowledge)
  • Meticulously detailed and organized, with quality at all levels from code to UI implementation

Director of Operations

What we’re looking for:

Luxe is looking for a Director of Operations. This position is ideally suited for a business-savvy individual looking to leverage their considerable analytic, quantitative, operations and strategic thinking skills to tackle the highest priority strategic questions for the company. You will analyze and drive program solutions around opportunities for efficiency and optimization. You will lead the Operations team. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level team members and roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation across our geographies. You live strategically, and can jump in at a tactical level. You are a respected leader and live by a “get it done!” mantra.

Your day to day responsibilities will include business-wide strategic and operations initiatives, process design and implementation, execution, performance measurement and ongoing enhancements across these areas. You live between business operations and product.
