You will be the first Customer Delight team member at our innovative start-up. You will help build the customer delight process from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is quick on their feet, organized, results oriented, and passionate. You are focused on quality and have a proven experience in delivering customer delight.
Deliver the Wow experience
Triage and manage incoming calls, emails & texts to resolve active issues
Establish and build on existing communication protocol and contingency plans
Deliver the highest level of response and delight!
You can make command decisions and back it up
Provide support to field valet teams for any technical issue they encounter + activate back-end support when required
Provide a blanket of coverage during our operating hours until such coverage requires additional team members (roll up the sleeves!)
Provide Quality feedback into Operations and Engineering regarding active issues and trends. Establish metrics and provide weekly / monthly reporting. Root cause issues to push resolution back upstream.

Leadership abilities and capable of recruiting, building, and training a team of customer service representatives
2-3 years of Customer Service roles (support, service) experience with Logistics, eCommerce, Transportation, Mobile or Shared economy (companies)
Experience resolving urgent issues and triage
Patience and a collaborative and communicative team-player attitude
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and present effectively
Attention to detail and the outstanding interpersonal skills
Possess the ability to create process and establish a backend CRM system
