    How are your valets screened?

    Each of our valets go through a rigorous interview and training process. They must have a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, and a 50 State Department of Justice Sex Offender search. Luxe has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy.

    Are you insured?

    We carry a $1M General Liability and Garage Keepers policy protecting you, others, and your vehicle. Please take your valuables out of your vehicles, as we are not responsible for theft.

    Where is my car parked when I use Luxe?

    Your vehicle is safely parked in one of our designated secured lots.

    Where can I use Luxe?

    We are currently available in San Francisco. We're looking to expand to other cities though, so check our Facebook or Twitter for updates!

    What are your hours of operation?

    We are open for business from 7am-11pm on Mon. - Fri., 10am-11pm on Sat., and 10am-6pm on Sun.

    What if my phone dies while you have my car?

    No problem! You can call us at our Customer Delight line: 415-660-9866. We will get in contact with your valet and make sure that your car is safely delivered to you.

    What if I want to cancel my request?

    You can cancel your request by hitting the X in upper right hand of the screen. If you cancel within 5 minutes of your request, you won’t be charged anything. Otherwise a $5 cancellation fee will be applied.

    What if I leave something in my car?

    If your valet is in transit to the parking lot, give them a call and they will double back to return your item. Otherwise, call one of our Customer Delight Officers at 415-660-9866 and they will assist you immediately.

    Can I park overnight?

    We currently do not offer overnight parking. There will be a $50 charge for vehicles that have not been returned at the end of the evening.

    How much does it cost?

    We charge an average of $5/hr with a minimum of $10. Your total is capped at a max price so you know what you're paying. Our valets do not accept cash tips. Parking prices vary by day, time, special event, and location. This is a cashless transaction.

    How do you calculate parking rates?

    We take into account public data on metered parking rates in addition to private parking prices in a given area to determine the market rate. If peak times or special events like baseball games lead to higher market rates, we will adjust our rates accordingly.

    How do I pay?

    Luxe is a cashless transaction. Once we deliver your vehicle to you, your linked card will be automatically charged and you’ll receive a receipt in your email inbox.

    What devices does Luxe support?

    Luxe currently requires an iPhone running iOS7 or higher. We’re working hard on an Android version - keep an eye out for that!
